- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person enquiries.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Maintain an organised front desk area.
- Complete daily administrative tasks.
- Previous receptionist experience preferred.
- Familiarity with reservations systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
