  • Matric / N3 educational qualification.
  • At least two years office admin experience.
  • Good level of Computer Literacy, in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Good writing skills.
  • Excellent co-ordination and administrative abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in capturing.
  • The ability to work according to strict deadlines on a continuous basis.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
  • Efficiently handle the administration and Reception duties.
  • Welcoming visitors and providing exceptional front desk service.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Serving as the friendly face of the company, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • General admin responsibilities.
