- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure efficient patient flow
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Provide back-up support as an Aesthetic Therapist for treatments and procedures
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care
