Requirements:
Matric with relevant qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of hospitality industry is essential
Must be detailed oriented and a multi-tasker
Must be Tech-savvy
Flexible and reliable
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysResponsibilities:
Oversee the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and organised front desk
Manage bookings, payments and admissions effectively
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for ticket sales and retail purchases
Maintain and update our customer database system accurately
Handle incoming calls, emails and customer inquiries professionally
Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring and exceptional guest experience
Work closely with team to support daily operations and events
Ensure the reception area is clean, stocked and running smoothly
Assist the Head of Marketing with ad-hoc tasks when required
