Job Summary Our client, a well established, small and professional financial services company, seeks to employ a professional, vibrant and well presented frontline receptionist at their offices in the Durbanville area. This role is NOT a senior role and would require a more junior receptionist, with a driver's licence, bilingual in English and Afrikaans and resident in the Northern Suburbs KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION: You must have Matric, coupled with 3-5 years experience in providing administrative support to the company, deal with clients in a professional manner and assist the finance department with general admin and diary management for the Director You will have experience in basic bookkeeping on Pastel or QuickBooks, as well as being able to assist with VAT, PAYE and general financial administration You will have managed a busy switchboard and reception area, coupled with excellent record keeping skills and ability to multi-task effectively under pressure MS Office, with good Excel skills and 365 proficiency is essential You will have had previous working experience in a fast paced and multi-faceted manufacturing environment You must have a valid driver's licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record Due to the exceptionally high volumes of applications, we are unable to correspond with each applicant personally, therefore only relevant and suitable candidates will be contacted.
