The successful candidate will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft office applications.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Attend to general queries from clients by providing accurate information and first call resolution
Manage and control parcels and invoices and ensure the delivery to the relevant department and/or person
Manage and control courier items, registered mail and registration papers (authorised person/s) for collection.
Maintain an accurate collection information system (volume of letters collected, registered mail/parcels, registration papers, summons letters etc.).
Ensure all visitors to the building are greeted professionally and directed to the necessary contact person/meeting timeously.
Ensure the relevant emergency personnel are contacted should an emergency occur.
Assist in financial administration (requests for BBBEE certificates, letter typing, printing envelopes, file labels, foreign currency requests, filing of bank statements and invoices.)
Effective resource and equipment management (Vehicles, Boardrooms etc.)

Strong Customer Service focus.
Good time management skills.
Driver's license is essential, and should be regular driver
Qualifications
Grade 12 (Standard 10) with a certificate in customer service or other relevant certificate.
Work Experience
3 - 5 years' work experience in a receptionist role
