Minimum 5 years' experience in an internal sales environment being support to the sales staff, communicating with clients and answering all incoming calls.
Computer literate on MS Office.
Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Afrikaans is essential.
Being the first point of contact with clients and someone who is friendly and competent.
Duties
Answer incoming calls, capture relevant information, and transfer calls to the appropriate team member.
Generate quotes and respond to general sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Complete internal paperwork following a sale, including dispatch forms, packing slips, transportation bookings and other required documentation.
Notify clients of order collections and ensure smooth coordination.
Maintain organized filing systems and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
