Job Description

To ensure

the professional handling and management of visitors and deliveries.

To act

as safety representative for the Access Park office.

To assist

in the ordering of stationary on the AX system - under the guidance and control of the line manager

To assist

The CSD Desk and the Rental Desk administrative duties and support

Main Outputs and Responsibilities for This Position

Responsibilities

Reception and Deliveries

Receive and direct all visitors to the appropriate personnel.

Liaise with visitors and provide a courteous and informative service to all visitors.

Take messages where applicable and inform appropriate staff member accordingly.

Ensure that the reception area is staffed, clean and tidy always.

Administration support for the CSD Desk and Rental Desk

Support the Rental Desk when needed and quite

Support the CSD Desk when needed.

Safety Representative

Update the safety file of the Allandale offices.

Attend Health and Safety meetings.

Provide feedback to employees on SHEQ related issues.

Carry out safety inspections in the Allandale offices.

Report any safety issues to the Health and Safety Manager.

Review the effectiveness of health and safety measures.

General

Ensure that a professional image is always projected, i.e. grooming and presentation

To produce other information as required and to carry out other duties either directly or indirectly as requested by management from time to time

Compliance to policies and procedures of Eazi Access Rental

Any other lawful and reasonable outputs and responsibilities that may be required.



Qualifications



Minimum

Matric/Grade 12

Computer Literate

Experience



Minimum of one year's working experience as a Receptionist incl. switchboard

General Office Admin will be advantageous

Health and Safety representative experience will be an advantage
