Our Real Estate client needs a receptionist to providing customer service and communication between clients, tenants, landlords and sales people.Duties include:Sale files preparation for marketing.
Face to face contact with clients and customers.
Keeping reception looking presentable.
Issuing of rental receipts.
Answering telephones.
Forwarding messages to other staff.
Arranging appointments.
Maintaining stationery supplies.
Typing, Photocopying and Filing.
Other duties as required.Required Skills and Attributes:Excellent telephone manners.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate multi-line switchboard.
Team player.
Numeric skills.
