Our beautiful resort in Harrismith is looking to employ a well-spoken, friendly receptionist to assist with the running of their front office. Purpose of the position To provide the best service to all guests. Reporting to the Deputy General Manager. Assisting with the general administration of the Front Desk. Key Performance Areas
Previous experience in front office / reception
Must be able to work public holidays and weekends
People Orientated
Experience with banking administration
Must be neat and presentable
Good communication skills
Good client and telephone skills
Being Bilingual will be an advantage
Minimum Requirements
Computer literate
Previous Hotel System experience
Must have Matric certificate
