  • Administrative tasks, reservations, function coordination, activity coordination, stock control, and daily financial management.
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively under pressure and efficiently manage time.
  • Display compassion and a caring demeanor, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our guests.
  • Take pride in achievements and maintain a strong drive to excel in the role.
  • Prioritise exceptional customer service and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Embrace a flexible attitude and be willing to assist and learn across various areas of the business, supporting the Front Office Manager in daily tasks.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, and collaborate within a multicultural team.
  • Present a professional, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
  • Exhibit a willingness to go the extra mile, remaining focused on guest satisfaction rather than clock-watching.
What you'll bring:
  • Grade 12
  • A Hospitality qualification is beneficial.
  • 1-2 Years experience in a similar position with a solid track record in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Profit room and Nebula is beneficial.
  • MS Office suite
