Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Handling short-term insurance renewals, quotes, and claims
  • Typing letters
  • Assisting with long-term insurance quotes, claims, filing, and appointments with current clients
  • Managing claims gap cover
  • Performing general office duties for a busy insurance practice
Requirements:
  • Bilingual proficiency
  • Previous experience will be an advantage
  • Own transport is essential
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proactive approach to handling various insurance-related tasks.
Salary:
R 12 500 Market-related.
Annual bonus.
Normal holiday but the majority must be taken over Christmas and New Year.
