Job Summary Introduction Our client, a premium Supplier of Affordable Edge-banding, Lighting and AcCessories, Adhesives, Dxc3xa9cor, kitchen fitting and alot more, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Receptionist/Internal Sales Consultant. To be based in the Showroom, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and demonstrate a proactive approach to assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases. This role will require managing reception duties as well as engaging in floor sales activities. Duties & Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Take orders over the telephone from customers or Sales Representatives. Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Manage the reception/ showroom, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Handle customer inquiries and direct them appropriately. Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering exceptional service. Actively promote sales and upsell products to customers. Process transactions accurately using Pastel System. Maintain accurate records and administration of documentation Maintain a customer-oriented approach at all times. Listen to customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum Matric qualification. At least 2 years Experience in a similar role Own Vehicle is a must Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team. Excellent telephone etiquette. Proficient in administrative tasks and attention to detail.
