- Matric
- 2 years banking collections (Home loans)
- Excalibur experience.
- Willingness to work overtime if required.Experience Required
- CACS system exposure.
- Proficient at handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Experience with both early stage and late stage (legal) accounts.
- Comfortable working on both manual and predictive dialer and under strict deadlines.Skills Required
- Seeking fast learning, hardworking, self-motivated candidate.
- Excellent phone etiquette and fair drafting skills.
