This role requires a strong sales focus, as you will be responsible for acquiring new business and expanding our client base, coupled with successfully placing candidates into career opportunities.Day to day functions include:Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base;Marketing Tower Group services to clients, bringing new clients on board;Source and attract suitable candidates through various channels, including social media, job portals, referrals etc.;Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability;Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions;Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in order to generate revenue;Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.Requirements:Ideally have proven experience as a recruiter, within an agency (no restraints of trade)Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and candidates.Results-oriented mindset, with a hunger for success and a drive to win new business.Self-motivated and proactive approach to recruitment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems (advantageous).What We Offer:Competitive salary and commission structure based on performance, with uncapped earning potential.Comprehensive training and development programs to support your professional growth and success.Supportive and collaborative team environment with a focus on innovation and excellence.How to Apply:
