Where exceptional people and exceptional opportunity awaits.Who We're Looking For:Career Custodians, situated at The Bay Hotel with the majestic Twelve Apostle Mountain range as a backdrop and the Atlantic Ocean less than a minutes' walk away, has a position for a Recruiter to join their team of extraordinary people.In this role, you will source, attract, and recruit top talent across various roles while building strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals. Maintaining a strong talent pool will also be vital to supporting the current demands of the group. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.You will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle - from creating job descriptions and conducting interviews to negotiating offers and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience. Partnering closely with the various heads of department to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs and man plan goals, providing valuable assistance and guidance throughout the hiring processWe are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in recruitment, whether from an agency or in-house setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical, as you'll be engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, from candidates to senior executives. The ability to manage multiple roles and consistently meet hiring deadlines is essential.What is required:If you are skilled in recruitment and induction of new staff bring your expertise and enthusiasm to create an outstanding environment within our team.You will oversee the entire process of recruitment to ensure procedures are followed in a fair and transparent manner. You will work closely with the hiring managers and Human Resources department to process forms, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and provide a high quality and professional recruitment service through the effective administration of all recruitment systems.Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Tertiary Qualification in Labour Relations, Human Resources or People Management would be advantageous
  • 1-2 years' recruitment experience (advantageous)
  • Hospitality experience (advantageous)
  • Strong administration experience
  • Strong recruitment platforms experience
  • Social media experience i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook
  • Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level
  • Computer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular)
