Recruiter Resume Screening (working Us Hours)
Job Description
This is a full time remote role, working for our Client based in the US.US working hours will be required 9-5 ESTAs a Resume Screening Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by efficiently reviewing resumes to identify qualified candidates for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assess candidates' qualifications and experience against client requirements, ensuring that only the most suitable resumes progress through the hiring process. By effectively screening resumes, you will contribute to enhancing the efficiency and success of our clients' recruitment efforts.The successful candidate will screen around 300 CV's per week and conduct telephone interviews. They will also be responsible for booking interviews for the screened candidates.Requirements:
-Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively, required
-Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, required
-Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, required
-Proven experience in resume screening, preferably in healthcare or a similar role, preferred
-Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases, preferred
