Job Description


Our client in the Pharmaceutical industry is currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator, in Parktown, Johannesburg.Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for available positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintain a pipeline (Talent Database) of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction, to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and reference checks.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and offer details.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications regarding recruitment updates, job openings, and hiring initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management regarding recruitment trends, challenges, and successes.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and updates.
  • Gather feedback from candidates to continually improve the recruitment process and enhance the employer brand.
  • Uphold the company's values and culture in all interactions with candidates, ensuring a consistent and positive employer brand image.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and human resources administration, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment law compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Remunerations:
  • R25 000 - R28 000 per month.
