Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Recruitment Advisor is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of top talent. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and continuously improving recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



Talent Sourcing:

Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

Candidate Screening:

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.

Job Advertising:

Create compelling job advertisements and post them on appropriate platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Recruitment Metrics:

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.

Compliance:

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies.

Onboarding:

Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
