Mirna Butler Recruitment is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Business Partner to join our growing team! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients.   • B Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology
  • Experience in a human resources / recruitment role
  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Target driven
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Computer literate
  • Customer service orientated
  • Team player
Duties will include:
  • Sourcing and screening of candidates
  • Managing the end to end recruitment process
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing job advertisements on various job boards
  • Negotiating job offers with candidates and clients, etc
Remuneration:

Basic salary
Monthly incentives based on target
