Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates
Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future recruitment needs
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sourcing strategies accordingly
Analyze market data to provide insights on candidate availability, salary trends, and other relevant information
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates through effective communication and timely feedback
Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and provide regular updates on candidate progress
Ability to build strong working relationships with Clients contact point
Candidate Engagement:
Create engaging and compelling job advertisements to attract top talent
Implement effective communication strategies to keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database - Applicant Tracking System
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data management policies
Collaboration:
Work closely with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and contribute to the development of tailored recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.
Qualifications / Skill set:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Initiative-taking and purposeful with a focus on exceeding targets
Ability to work various time zones, London / USA / Europe
Strong time management and understand the project timeliness and required deliverables
Education:
Matric
Diploma / BSC Human Resources or minimum of 6 years plus experience in a similar role
