- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging skills, and technology advancements.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and contribute to team success.
- Previous experience in 360 agency recruitment or Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and driven to exceed recruitment KPIs.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
