- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to offer informed guidance.
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on finance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
