As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and placing high-caliber candidates. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in recruitment.Key Responsibilities:
-Experienced recruiter with proven billings history- over a period of 1 year
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from securing business, sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
-Be a hunter. Generate new business.
-Thrive in a high-performance sale culture. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
-Has the proven ability and willingness to build a new desk, to make calls, build relationships and make placements.
-Can work in a mature recruitment environment where they do not need daily supervision
-Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
-Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for roles.
-Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
