About the role
Responsibilities include source & selection, talent pooling, resourcing for multiple job assignments, screening & interviewing and producing shortlists of suitable candidates very quickly for account managers.
The ideal person for this role would be able to work autonomously, be highly self-motivated and have a good background in successful source & selection.
Full training will be provided, weekly catch-ups and regular training updates.
Requirements for this role
5+ years recruitment experience (remote
international
recruitment agency experience essential).
Above average computer skills (Apple Mac an advantage).
Advanced Recruitment CRM / ATS skills.
Advanced skills using LinkedIn.
Advanced skills writing Boolean search strings essential.
