Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

Leverage a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job boards, digital platforms) to

find the best candidates

. Craft

compelling job advertisements

to attract high-quality talent. Conduct thorough

market research

to identify potential candidates and expand client networks. Build and maintain a

pipeline of talent

to meet immediate and future hiring needs.

Candidate Engagement & Qualification

Conduct

screening calls

to assess candidates' suitability for roles. Secure the candidate's

right to represent

before submitting to clients. Prepare

detailed candidate packs

, ensuring hiring managers have all the key information. Provide

guidance

and

support

throughout the recruitment journey - from interview prep to final debriefs.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with

Business Development

and

Account Management

teams to understand client needs. Liaise with

hiring managers

to coordinate interviews and feedback sessions. Assist candidates with

offer negotiations

, contract details, and seamless

onboarding

.

Process & System Management

Manage vacancy workflows efficiently using

Bullhorn

and

Monday

, ensuring

accurate tracking

. Ensure compliance with

best practices

and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.

Key Skills and Experience

3+ years of recruitment experience

- particularly in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of

LinkedIn, job boards

, and other digital platforms for sourcing candidates.

Excellent communication skills

(both written and verbal). Ability to build lasting,

strong relationships

with candidates and clients.

Organized

with great

time-management

skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably

Bullhorn

. Thrive in a

fast-paced, target-driven

environment.
