Role Overview




Are you a driven and results-oriented

Recruitment Consultant

with a passion for the

Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)

sector? We are looking for a talented individual with

2+ years of agency recruitment experience

to join our growing team. In this role, you'll specialise in sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent within the M&E sector, working closely with clients across

construction, engineering, and building services

.

Key Responsibilities




Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement



Leverage multiple sourcing tools (

LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM, referrals

) to attract top M&E talent. Conduct

candidate interviews, screening, and qualification

to ensure suitability for roles. Build and maintain a

strong pipeline

of skilled candidates for contract and permanent positions. Provide

guidance and support

throughout the recruitment process, from

interview prep to offer negotiation

.

Client Relationship Management



Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing

M&E clients

across construction, engineering, and related industries. Work closely with

hiring managers

to understand their specific talent requirements and business needs. Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients regarding

salary benchmarks, talent availability, and recruitment strategies

. Coordinate

interviews, feedback sessions, and job offers

between clients and candidates.

Business Development & Growth



Identify and develop

new business opportunities

to expand our M&E client base. Build a

specialist recruitment desk

, ensuring consistent placements and revenue growth. Maintain accurate

CRM records

and ensure smooth management of

vacancy workflows

. Stay updated on

industry trends, compliance requirements, and recruitment best practices

.

Key Skills & Experience




?

2+ years of recruitment experience

within an agency environment.

? Previous experience recruiting in

M&E, construction, or engineering sectors

(preferred but not essential).

? Strong

business development

and client management skills.

? Ability to

source, attract, and engage candidates

for middle-level roles.

? Proficiency with

CRM systems

(Bullhorn preferred) and

LinkedIn Recruiter

.

? Excellent

communication, negotiation, and relationship-building

skills.

? Organised, target-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure.
