• 3+ years of solid recruitment experience, with a preference for closer to 5 years.
• Proven ability to independently acquire and close clients.
• Proven track record in mid to executive-level recruitment.
• External (Agency) recruitment focus is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exemplary writing skills with impeccable spelling and grammar.
• Ethical, professional, and emotionally intelligent.
• Stable work history with a proven track record of delivering long-term value.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage complex recruitment processes.
• Self-driven with strong business acumen and understanding of technology organisations.
