Duties and Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy
Provide strategic leadership for the Permanent Recruitment and Executive Search divisions on a national scale.
Partner with senior executives to shape business strategies, including growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Align talent acquisition strategies with corporate objectives and market trends.
Drive process innovation and digital transformation in recruitment operations.
Work closely with the Finance Director to monitor budgets, financial targets, and revenue generation.
Operations & Performance
Ensure that all recruitment teams deliver high-quality services, meeting financial and operational KPIs.
Implement best-in-class recruitment methodologies and technology-driven solutions.
Oversee recruitment performance metrics, ensuring efficiency and productivity in talent acquisition.
Drive compliance, governance, and risk management in all recruitment and executive search functions.
Optimize candidate attraction and engagement strategies, including leveraging Map & Attract, headhunting, and market research.
Business Development & Client Management
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries (State-Owned Entities, Mining, Finance, Engineering, Oil & Gas, FMCG, IT & Telecommunications).
Strengthen client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and business growth.
Represent the business at industry forums, networking events, and corporate engagements.
Support the Director of TES in driving Temporary Employment Services (TES) strategies, ensuring seamless integration with permanent recruitment.
Team Development & Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruitment professionals across various locations.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
Mentor senior recruitment specialists, managers, and executives, ensuring continuous professional development.
Implement training programs to elevate recruitment best practices and operational excellence.
