Job Description
My client, a quick service restaurant group with outlets nationwide, continues to grow and expand, and is looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment / HR Officer to join the team and assist in building a talented and dedicated workforce.Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management: Drive and manage the recruitment process for all retail outlets across the country, ensuring a steady pipeline of skilled and motivated staff.
- Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline for future leadership and key roles.
- Training & Development: Coordinate and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, aligning with company goals and values.
- KPI Management: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth and development.
- Staff Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies and targeting communities.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment within the restaurant or retail trade sector.
- Relevant HR qualification
- Must be willing and able to travel nationwide to visit retail outlets and attend recruitment events.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools is a plus.
