Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (IT and SaaS Focus)
Location: Remote (South Africa, UK Hours)
Salary: R25,000 per month ( ex commissions )Job Summary:Were seeking an organized and driven Recruitment Specialist experienced in sourcing top talent for the IT and SaaS industries. This role involves managing the recruitment life cycle for UK clients, from sourcing to placement, with a goal of finding candidates who meet exacting standards. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented problem-solver passionate about recruitment and helping businesses grow.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source and screen candidates across digital platforms, ensuring they align with the clients technical and cultural needs.End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to post-placement follow-ups, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates.Client Collaboration: Develop a thorough understanding of each clients requirements, offering recruitment insights and regular progress updates.Candidate Relationship Management: Guide candidates smoothly through each stage of the hiring process, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment and administrative processes, enhancing the teams efficiency.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in recruitment, ideally within IT or SaaS-focused roles, with experience in resourcing and 360 recruitment.Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and an ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.Technology: Proficient with ATS and CRM platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, HubSpot) and adept at using digital recruitment tools.
