Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define job requirements, including responsibilities, skills, and qualifications.
  • Draft, post, and promote job ads across various channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive networking and sourcing methods.
  • Screen CVs and conduct pre-qualification interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate individual and group interview sessions.
  • Foster partnerships with professional associations and educational institutions.
  • Conduct reference and background checks to ensure quality hires.
  • Manage feedback and job offers, including negotiations and acceptance.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to enhance processes and outcomes.
  • Cold call for new business.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Strong business development and cold-calling ability.
  • Strong knowledge of the recruitment network in South Africa.
  • Proficiency in sales, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have experience using Placement Partner extensively.
