Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare job offers and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Manage the full recruitment process, including negotiating salaries and onboarding new employees.
Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Assist in employer branding and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
Proven experience sourcing candidates through various channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Desired Skills:
Experience in recruiting for multiple industries or functions.
Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
