Position: Human Resources Practitioner - Industrial Relations (IR)

Looking for a driven and self motivated mature individual to manage and direct a Operations team in Johannesburg while implementing effective business processes.
Duties: The position involves Managing / working-in the dispatch department and responsible for the efficient and effective loading of delivery vehicles.
Qualifications required:
- Grade 12
- Computer literate is a must
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ethical behaviour
Responsibilities:
Ensuring HR department is knowledgeable about union contract compliance.
CCMA and Bargaining Council attendance for any process post
dismissal/retrenchment.
Developing and maintaining labor policies and procedures.
Handling grievance procedures.
Managing dispute resolutions involving unions, employee and employer.
Maintenance of fair employment practices.
Negotiating collective bargaining deals between union and management.
Relevant experience in: Industrial Relations Officer
How many years’ experience: 6 years within the HR department focusing on industrial relations but at least 10 years of general work experience.
Required start date: ASAP (NEEDED NOW)
