- 3 years Supervisory (Team of 6)
- Qualification in Supply Chain / Logistics advantage
- Incoterms
- Retail/ Logistics industry experience
- Order Management Systems
- Direct facing
- Management of Operations Team
- Liaise with customer daily
- Support Key Account Manager
- Manage & Maintain Client SLAS within KPIs
- Manage the team (6)
- Weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly data collection for Customer Meetings
- Ability to work overtime as operational required.
