Job SummaryBUSINESS & GROWTH SPECIALIST (Skin Care & Aesthetics)GAUTENG incl. JHB, PTA, Middleburg, Witbank etc. - South Africa (ZA)START: A.S.A.P / July 2024REPORT TO: National Sales ManagerTRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 08:00 to 17:00
  • (occasionally a weekend for Expo's or Traveling when operationally required only)
REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:
  • Basic Salary R12,000 Gross p/m
  • Vehicle Allowance R3,000 p/m
  • Petrol Allowance R4,000 p/m (only applicable for work travel / not payable during annual leave)
  • Monthly product allocation
  • Company Cell Phone Data Allowance R1,000 p/m
  • Commission - new clients
  • Commission - devices & tools sold
  • Performance Incentives (targets reached, new accounts etc.)
  • Quarterly & Annual bonuses (performance based)
  • Total CTC before commission / tax R20,000-00 - Excellent earning potential
QUALIFICATIONS: * CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds / CIBTAC or BABTAC
  • N-Dip Somatology or similar formal qualification in Beauty / Aesthetics or Cosmetology
  • Dermal Aesthetics Diploma - BONUS
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED: * At least 2-years in a Spa or Salon environment (post-graduation)
  • Computer & WhatsApp confident - able to host Zoom meetings, Webinars, Online training and capture orders correctly
  • Cruise Ship employment experience - BONUS
  • Business 2 Business sales experience -PREFERRED
  • Must have strong retail experience (Cruise Ship Sales / Sales / Beauty Retail Sector)
  • Confident in Skin Care & Body Care knowledge (ingredients, education of somatology etc.)
  • Must have own vehicle with valid driver license & fully insured (including rental for accidental) - non neg.
