Job Overview:As a CNC Machine Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to potential clients. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, understand customer requirements, demonstrate the features and capabilities of CNC machines, negotiate sales contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with manufacturing companies, workshops, and other industrial clients to identify their machining needs and offer appropriate CNC solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation - Identify and cultivate potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, and online platforms.Client Engagement - Establish and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, production requirements, and challenges related to machining operations.Solution Selling -Assess client requirements and propose suitable CNC machine solutions that align with their production goals and budget constraints.Sales Negotiation - Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.Pipeline Management -Manage the sales pipeline effectively by tracking leads, following up on inquiries, and updating the CRM system with relevant information.Market Analysis - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in CNC machining to position the company''''s products effectively in the market.Customer Support - Provide post-sales support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with the technical support team for troubleshooting and maintenance services.Sales Reporting - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.Qualifications:Bachelor''''s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar (preferred).Proven track record in sales, preferably in the industrial machinery or manufacturing sector.Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and equipment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.Bilingual (English and Afrikaans speaking)Own TransportBaic Salary and Commission (Depending on experience offered i.e. Client databaseAge from 35yrs and older
