• Lead and manage all commercial and operational activities for the region, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the production and supply chain processes, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in food manufacturing operations.
• Manage and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers.
• Drive cost-efficiency strategies and ensure profitable growth for the region while maintaining operational excellence.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance market share and achieve business targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 7-10 years of extensive operational experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale production facilities and leading diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of the food industry, including supply chain management, sales, and marketing.
• Proficient in financial analysis, pricing strategies, and budgeting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify market opportunities and implement effective strategies
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives
