Required Skills o Fluent in spoken and written English. o Computer Literate. o Have good knowledge and experience in electrical installations and repairs, plumbing installations and repairs, construction and construction upkeep, tiling, painting, plastering, glass installation and repairs, carpentry, roofing installation and repairs, waterproofing installation and repairs and steel fabrication and repairs. o Have an excellent understanding and knowledge of the concepts and workings of all the physical systems and operational systems of the properties Qualifications & Work Experience Required o Matric or Matric Equivalent. o Trade Qualification. o Minimum of 5 years' experience in property maintenance and management. o Verifiable references.
