As the Financial Director, you will be a key player in shaping the financial direction of the organization. You'll work closely with the executive team, providing insights and recommendations to drive financial efficiency and sustainable growth. Your role will encompass financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
Other duties include:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Provide leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Evaluate and optimize capital structure to support expansion.
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 8 10 years minimum experience
- ICT / Technology / Telecommunications industry is required
