Role Description:
You will serve at a senior executive level to oversee and manage the financial operations of multiple business entities within the Group. Additionally you will carry the responsibility of providing overall business operations strategic guidance. The ideal candidate would have to possess a deep understanding of operational processes and financial expertise to ultimately drive financial performance and improve efficiency across the group.

Requirements:

  • CA(SA)
  • Min 10 years work experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a management role (5-6 Direct Reports)
  • Industry: ITC, Telecommunications, IT (similar industry)
  • Experience in managing multiple business units
Duties (Not Limited To):
  • FP&A: Develop and execute financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities to enhance profitability.
  • Strategic Financial Management: Manage the capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to support business growth and financial stability. Collaborate with executive management to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
  • Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation. Evaluate operational processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
