DESCRIPTION/SYNOPSYS:KingsleyIrons Recruitment have partnered with a multinational leader in the field of manufacturing, distribution and security services. Positions are available in Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Durban, Eastern and Western Cape, and Port ElizabethThe Regional Finance Manager will act as a Finance Business Partner for their respective regions. You will be responsible for the financial operations management for the region, managing budgets and forecasts, monitoring and analyzing financial performance, modelling of the financial impact within the Operational and Finance Business Unit, and providing financial insights and recommendations, in order to reach regional organizational goals and objectives.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
*BCom Degree in Financial Management, Accounting or equivalent
*CIMA or studying towards is essential
*6 Years experience in a commercial or finance role preferably with Financial or Management accounting fields of which; 2 years at a Middle Management level.
*Experience in one or all of the following industries: manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, banking, cash management.
*2 Years experience in compiling and conducting presentations to Senior ManagersRESPONSIBILITIES:
*Adhere to financial governance principles
*Control the regional end-to-end financial function
*Provide business support for effective decision making
*Provide support for effective short- and long-term planning through the budgeting, forecasting and business planning
*Strategically partner with the various stakeholders to deliver upon departmental objectives
