Job Description
Regional Lead - RiskKey Responsibilities:
- Implement offshore strategies and prepare cost reviews and forecasts for the South African risk team.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on office progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, IT, finance, HR, and facilities.
- Ensure systems and processes are optimized for efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the local desk and create a KPI reporting dashboard.
- Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and developing team members.
- Manage team structure optimization, including headcount projections and recruitment coordination.
- Relevant Bachelors Degree.
- At least 15 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in finance, banking, or risk management.
- Strong leadership skills with emotional intelligence.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, committed, and highly motivated with strong analytical skills.
