- 8 - 10 yearsxe2x80x99 relevant experience in FMCG or sales environment
- Relevant Diploma or Degree at NQF level 7
- Required experience to include proficiency in Operations.
- Client centric and commercial skills
- Project Management skills
- Strategic thinker and analytical skills
- Ability to have crucial conversations with multiple stakeholders, internal and external.
- Ability to influence and motivate others
- Excellent leadership
- Good business and financial acumen
