MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years operational management experience in managing a region and team of people.
  • Grade 12
  • Driverxe2x80x99s license required
  • Advanced Excel

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Building sound Regional strategies with the Senior Regional Manager. to drive the business KPIS.
  • Build out Regional budgets to manage cost of doing business versus the gross profit generated for the region.
  • Manage the regional business hardware budget and KPIS to achieve the set gross profit for the year.
  • Manage the team of area growth managers within the structure to ensure KPIS are met and general deadlines are adhered to.
  • To grow the Flash overall trader business via the net trader growth, turnover and acquiring.
  • To manage the churn of the business within the trader space per region.
  • To ensure the culture of the business is well maintained within the region.
  • To ensure the business critical deadlines are adhered to and completed on time through people management.
  • Ensure the effective running of the different branches within the structure to meet the desired outcomes as per the business KPIS.
