We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee the operations of four car spares branches. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a valid driver's license, and experience in managing multiple retail locations. This role requires frequent travel between branches, ensuring smooth operations, stock management, and staff efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of all four branches, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
Monitor and manage stock levels, orders, and inventory across all locations to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure branches meet sales targets by analyzing performance reports and implementing strategies for growth.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, place orders, and maintain good relationships.
Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports for senior management.
Ensure safety and security protocols are followed at all branches.
Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency-improving initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing multiple retail locations, preferably in the car spares or automotive industry.
Valid driver's license
Strong knowledge of stock control, orders, and supplier management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and coordinate staff effectively.
Ability to analyze financial reports and drive branch performance.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational challenges efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and retail management software is an advantage.
