Job Summary Educational Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing Management or related fields (NQF 7). Essential Experience and Skills: 6-8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the Manufacturing environment, of which 3+ years should be at the Supervisory level. Automotive sector experience Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite; SAP, ERP Systems, Salesforce) and job-specific software systems). Knowledge of relevant Sales and Marketing Processes and Practices. Key Result Areas: Drive brand awareness initiatives and sales growth through strategic implementation aligned with Automotive Marketing strategies. Maintain regional claim rate adherence to company standards, reporting to the National Sales Manager as needed. Evaluate and deploy effective sales techniques to boost regional sales volumes. Ensure warranty claim protocols are followed by Business Representatives, maintaining proof of purchase and technical diagnostics. Manage and monitor sales activities of Business Representatives, conducting regular meetings to meet sales and profitability targets. Oversee Regional Branches, Channel Partner relationships, and distribution processes, aligning performance with contractual criteria. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, assess market share positioning, and recommend product enhancements for improved sales potential. Implement operational policies, ensure compliance with legislation, maintain stakeholder relationships, and contribute to budget preparation and resource management.
