We requires the services of a Regional Liaison and Partners Services Manager. As a leader, this position is focused on managing the critical response services within the operational services. It is also incumbent of the incumbent to develop and maintain partnerships and liaison with the provincial recovery structures in order to improve the recovery rate by means of gathering crime intelligence, which in turn will support the company to meet its strategic objectives.Key roles and responsibilities:Investigations and ComplianceEnsure that activated vehicles are recovered
Ensure that the provincial action plan addresses partnership and liaison and the recovery rate
Meet compliance expectations on time
Standardise training across the province aligned to the National Head Office vision
Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to within the provinceIntelligence ManagementDeliver statistical reports supported by visual and/or graphical presentation before last working day of the month
Accurate reporting on provincial vehicle crime trends to stakeholders
Timeous implementation of action plans and procedures
Accurate reporting on vehicle crime prevention; combating; and investigation methods
Suggest action plans to stakeholders, both private and public, on the aboveLiaisonDeliver monthly and quarterly visit schedules
Deliver report on vehicle crime trends and intelligence gathered to all stakeholders
Effective management of queries and accounts; and delivery monthly report to managerAd hoc projects
