To take accountability for all the Meat Markets in Region of responsibility. Qualifications Essential xe2x80xa2Grade 12 or equivalent
Experience Essential xe2x80xa2 2 Years - Management Experience in the Meat Industry inclusive of butchery operational experience
Knowledge and Skills Essential xe2x80xa2Knowledge of meat cuts/ products xe2x80xa2IR Knowledge xe2x80xa2FMCG principles xe2x80xa2Merchandising standards and principles xe2x80xa2Knowledge of Meat Market Operations xe2x80xa2Knowledge of Meat Market hygiene and safety standards
