Job Summary We are in search of a dedicated and accomplished Regional Manager to lead our operations in the Northern Cape (Kathu) region. The Regional Manager will be the regional leader of a specific geographical area who engage with customer and manage the teams to deliver excellent service to assigned customers. The incumbent will be responsible to manage tight Service Level Agreements in the region and to maximize turnover and profit. The Regional Manager will contribute to the development of the strategic direction of the business, performance-driven solutions to enhance revenue and profitability by building effective teams, ensuring operational standards are met while driving strategic business planning. A typical day may include: Manage resources to deliver the services as required by SLAs Central point for personnel to manage personal well-being of employees to maintain optimal operational performance. Supervise the compliance of health and safety regulations in the region. Identify opportunities to grow the business. Management of Vendors and 3rd party service providers performing duties under contract in relevant areas of Business. Build, maintain and improve client relationships. Problem-solving and troubleshooting. Preparation of proposals, for purpose of compiling quotes for customers. Drive training and enforcing quality standards. Managing cost and drive cost saving. Office administration Collaboration with other departments within the business unit. Ensure employee compliance to all company policies. - leave, claims, petrol cards, SHEQ, and company asset usage and more. Supervise all relevant inspections and compliance is done. Supervise the execution of Service Level Agreements and reporting schedule. The experience we look for: Function-related experience: 5 years Leading teams: 5 years Project experience: 5 years Other experience: 5 years in Industrial Communication experience non-negotiable 5 years in Health and Safety 5 years in installing and maintain Solar and Battery backup systems 5 years in IT (Microsoft Office 365 and basic network configuration) 5 years of relevant operational and management experience in business and IT Service Management Key skills: Writing for Technical Professionals Leading Teams Customer Service Representative Skills, Professionalism Essentials for Managing Technical Professionals Optimizing Your Performance of a TeamGood understanding of wireless and digital radio terminology, underlying design and best practices. Qualifications required: National Senior Certificate or equivalent Network Related Course A+ N+ CCNA Business Certification ITIL Foundation Certificate Certified Business Analysis Professional IT Project Management Essentials Certified Associate in Project Management Certified Information Security Manager
